Agreements, clear and straightforward

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every enquiry and booking made through Explicit4U, whether by phone, WhatsApp or email. By placing a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Age and capacity

Our services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 and over. By placing a booking you declare that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed as soon as Explicit4U has acknowledged it by phone or in writing and payment has been arranged (via Wero or in cash to the lady at the start).

We reserve the right to decline a booking without stating a reason, for example in the case of unclear or implausible requests.

4. Rates

The rates communicated are from-prices and include travel costs within 30 km of the lady, provided the booking is reserved and paid in advance. For locations outside this range an adjusted rate applies, confirmed by phone before the booking becomes final.

Extensions during the booking cost €195 per hour and are paid in cash to the lady.

5. Payment

There are two payment methods:

• Wero via a payment request by email, SMS or WhatsApp
• Cash to the lady at the start of the booking

Credit and debit cards are not accepted. We do not issue invoices afterwards.

6. Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to one hour before the agreed time.

Amounts already paid are not refunded. Instead, your payment remains valid for 14 days as credit towards a new booking, to be made within that period. If the credit is not used within 14 days, it expires.

Within the final hour before the agreed time the lady is already on her way. If you cancel within this hour, call-out costs are charged. The amount varies by location and is agreed with our telephone operator. The remaining part of any amount already paid stays valid for 14 days as credit towards a new booking.

No-shows, where the guest does not appear at the agreed address, are likewise charged in full.

7. Conduct and the lady's autonomy

The ladies are self-employed and decide for themselves what they do or do not offer during the booking. They may decline anything without this leading to a refund of the rate.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. In the event of intimidation, threats or unacceptable behaviour, the lady ends the booking immediately without refund. Future bookings may also be refused.

8. Safety and hygiene

Safe sex is our starting point. Condoms are a standard part of the date. Clients provide a clean space with a clean toilet, the opportunity to shower before and after, and a clean towel.

9. Alcohol and drugs

Under the influence of (hard) drugs the booking cannot take place. With moderate alcohol consumption the appointment is usually possible, but the lady decides on location whether the situation is appropriate.

10. Privacy and discretion

Our full privacy statement can be read on the privacy page. We maintain absolute confidentiality about the identity of our clients and never share any information with third parties.

11. Liability

Explicit4U acts as intermediary between the guest and the lady and is not liable for damage to property, personal circumstances or consequential damage arising from the booking. We are, however, answerable in the event of demonstrable shortcomings in our intermediation.

12. Complaints

Complaints about a service should be raised within 48 hours of the booking via info@explicit4u.nl. We take every complaint seriously and discuss an appropriate resolution with you.

13. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements entered into with Explicit4U. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement; failing that, you are always free to report the matter to the police.
