1. Wie is verantwoordelijk?
Explicit4U is de verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals weergegeven in deze privacyverklaring. Voor vragen over deze verklaring of de verwerking van uw gegevens kunt u contact opnemen via info@explicit4u.nl of telefonisch via 06-13942469.
2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?
Wij verzamelen zo min mogelijk gegevens en uitsluitend wat strikt noodzakelijk is om uw reservering af te handelen. Concreet kan dit zijn:
- Telefoonnummer zodat wij u kunnen bereiken voor bevestiging en afstemming
- Locatie van de date (adres of hotel) om de dame en vervoer te plannen
- Voorkeur en wensen die u met ons deelt zodat wij de juiste match maken
- Betaalgegevens bij Wero-betaling, via uw eigen bank en geheel discreet
- E-mailadres wanneer u ons per e-mail contacteert
Wij vragen uitdrukkelijk geen identiteitsdocumenten, BSN-nummer of andere bijzondere persoonsgegevens.
3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij deze gegevens?
Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om:
- Uw reservering te plannen, uit te voeren en te bevestigen
- Contact met u te onderhouden over de boeking
- De betaling te verwerken wanneer u voor Wero kiest
- Te voldoen aan onze wettelijke verplichtingen
Wij gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor marketing, tracking, profilering of reclame.
4. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?
Uw telefoonnummer en boekingsgegevens worden na afhandeling van de reservering verwijderd, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen. Financiële gegevens zoals betalingsverwerkingen bewaren wij zolang de wet dit verplicht (fiscaal 7 jaar). Wij houden géén klantprofiel of boekingsgeschiedenis bij.
5. Delen wij uw gegevens met derden?
In principe niet. Uitzonderingen zijn:
- Onze betalingsprovider bij Wero-transacties, enkel wat nodig is voor de betaling
- De dame zelf, voor het adres en eventuele voorkeuren
- Overheidsinstanties indien de wet dit verplicht
Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit en delen ze nooit voor commerciële doeleinden.
6. Discretie op uw bankafschrift
Een Wero-betaling via onze dienst verschijnt niet met de naam Explicit4U op uw bankafschrift. Wij hanteren een neutrale benaming zodat uw privacy ook in financiële administratie behouden blijft.
7. Cookies en website
Deze website gebruikt geen trackingcookies, geen analytics en geen marketingpixels. Wij laden alleen de noodzakelijke lettertypes vanaf Google Fonts. U kunt deze site dus volledig anoniem bezoeken.
8. Uw rechten
U heeft op grond van de AVG onder andere de volgende rechten:
- Inzage: geïnformeerd worden over welke gegevens wij van u hebben
- Correctie: onjuiste gegevens laten corrigeren
- Verwijdering: uw gegevens laten wissen
- Bezwaar: bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking
- Klacht: een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens

9. Beveiliging
Wij hanteren passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen. Gegevensverwerking verloopt over beveiligde verbindingen (HTTPS) en toegang tot persoonsgegevens is beperkt tot enkele medewerkers van ons planningteam.
10. Wijzigingen
Deze verklaring kan worden bijgewerkt wanneer onze werkwijze verandert of wet- en regelgeving dit vereist. De datum bovenaan toont de laatste wijziging. Raadpleeg deze pagina regelmatig voor de meest actuele versie.

2. What data do we process?
We collect as little data as possible, and only what is strictly necessary to handle your booking. In practice this may include:
- Phone number so we can reach you for confirmation and coordination
- Booking location (address or hotel) to plan the lady and her transport
- Preferences and requests you share with us so we can arrange the right match
- Payment details in the case of Wero, processed through your own bank and fully discreetly
- Email address when you contact us by email
We explicitly do not ask for identity documents, social security numbers or other special categories of personal data.
3. What do we use this data for?
Your data is used solely to:
- Plan, carry out and confirm your booking
- Communicate with you about the booking
- Process the payment if you choose Wero
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your data for marketing, tracking, profiling or advertising.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Your phone number and booking details are deleted after the booking has been completed, within 14 days at the latest. Financial records such as payment transactions are kept for as long as the law requires (seven years for tax purposes). We do not keep any customer profile or booking history.
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
As a rule, no. The exceptions are:
- Our payment provider for Wero transactions, limited to what is necessary for the payment
- The lady herself, for the address and any preferences you shared
- Government bodies where the law requires it
We never sell your data and never share it for commercial purposes.
6. Discretion on your bank statement
An Wero payment made through our service does not appear as Explicit4U on your bank statement. We use a neutral descriptor so your privacy is maintained in your financial records as well.
7. Cookies and website
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no marketing pixels. We only load the necessary fonts from Google Fonts. You can browse this site entirely anonymously.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the following rights:
- Access: to be informed about which data we hold about you
- Rectification: to have incorrect data corrected
- Erasure: to have your data deleted
- Objection: to object to the processing
- Complaint: to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Processing takes place over secure (HTTPS) connections, and access to personal data is limited to a small number of employees on our planning team.
